Protein Intake for Weightlifters + Josh Attempts an Introduction

Josh and I nailed this episode on how much protein we should really consuming. We discussed the research by Stuart M. Phillips on dietary protein for athletes. We also gave our own example diets, correct protein intake for different weight classes, and of course we talked about general weightlifting.

After a few minutes of bullying I managed to persuade Josh into taking the introduction: He did not disappoint!
