The strongest man ever Lasha Talakhadze snatches 220 kg and clean and jerks 264 kg for all new world records

Lasha Talakhadze Hits the Heaviest Total of All-Time (220/264/484)

The final lift of the 2019 World Championships in Pattaya Thailand once again made history, once again by Lasha Talakhadze of Georgia.

After snatching a 2 kg world record at 220 kg on his 3rd attempt, equalling the heaviest snatch of all-time held by himself, he went on to clean and jerk 264 kg, adding 4 kilos to his own world record clean and jerk and 6 kg to his all-time world record total, totaling 484 kg.

Lasha Talakhadze has now single-handedly moved the all-time World Record total from the mythical 475 kg, held by the great Leonid Taranenko, to 484 kg. Below is a list of the greatest ever totals.
