Glenn Pendlay’s Programming + Q&A| Podcast

The late Glenn Pendlay played a key role in the development of Weightlifting House, specifically with the growth of and interest shown towards the podcast.

When Glenn and I first started recording the Weightlifting House podcast nearly three years ago, he and I spoke for hundreds of hours all about his programming: how it evolved over the years, the change in the length of a ‘cycle’ between beginners, intermediates, and advanced lifters, and the inclusion and unique benefits of things like EMOMs for skill acquisition and maximal attempts.

This week, as well as a few listener questions that we answered from the WH Patreon, we spoke about Glenn’s programming, going through some of the details of his progressions that made his programming unique.

You can listen to weekly episodes of The Morning Brew exclusively on the Weightlifting House Patreon, along with elite training videos and programming, all for just $4/month.

I am the owner of Weightlifting House. When I'm not working on the site/podcasting/interviewing I spend my time training, coaching, and competing in the sport of Weightlifting.
