Weightlifting House Authors
I am the owner of Weightlifting House. When I'm not working on the site/podcasting/interviewing I spend my time training, coaching, and competing in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
I am captivated by the world of weightlifting, especially how to increase weightlifting specific strength, as well as the training regimes of other countries. I have been heavily influenced by the old Russian/Soviet weightlifting texts that were translated by Andrew Charniga, as well as Glenn Pendlay, a good friend of mine, and Louie Simmons.
