FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We have the rights to provide live and on-demand streams to all countries which are not part of the Asian Weightlifting Federation. You can find a list of all countries we CANNOT stream to here.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to stream to IP addresses in Asia but you may be able to watch on a local broadcaster.

We will only be streaming A sessions at the Asian Championships. All streamed sessions will have English commentary from Max Aita and Seb Ostrowicz.

The schedule of A sessions can be found here with a range of time zones for reference. If the sessions are not at a convenient time for you, not to worry, all our sessions will be available on demand for at least two weeks after the event.

If your order was successful, you should be able to access your account here. If you are asked to sign in and have not set a password yet, you can use the password reset option.

Double-check your spam/junk, sometimes our emails can end up there. If you can’t find your email, don’t worry; just get in touch with our support email (support@weightliftinghouse.com). We’ll need to know the email address you registered with. The rough time/date you paid would be helpful, so we can locate your order.

We start uploading them as soon as the session has finished, but we can only work as quickly as the large video files will upload – please bear with us!

Our streams are compatible with some smart TVs but on some models, the browser just doesn’t support the features we need for our streams.

If you use a smart TV that enables different browsers to be installed, the best chance to make things work will likely be to install the Chrome browser by following these instructions.

Our streams will work on most modern smartphones, computers and laptops and you may be able to use Chromecast or Apple AirPlay to watch on your TV.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide detailed technical support for TVs as there are just too many models and combinations of accessories.
