If you believe that the product you have purchased has been damaged through delivery please return the product to Weightlifting House HQ (address at foot of page). Once returned the product will be fixed or replaced and sent to you as soon as possible. Prior to returning any products please get in touch using the form below to further discuss the issues with any equipment so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Weightlifting House in association with American Weightlifting requests that you send the equipment back of your own accord. We cannot collect equipment for you. Once we have the equipment we will pay to have it returned as soon as possible.
Please be aware that the on screen price will increase at the check-out as additional postage price will be added to the equipment cost.
All postage costs are calculated in real time by our 3rd party carrier provider to ensure that the delivery is as cheap as possible.
