Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If there were delays to your order, such as delivery issues, we will make exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Phone cases
- Gift cards
If you would like to return an unused product for a refund, we will be able to provide you with a return label. Please note, you will need to pay the postage cost for returns.
T-shirts and jumpers cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know and refund your original payment method. This may take a few days to reach your account.
Late or missing refunds

Usual returns policies apply to our House 1s leggings and singlets. This is as follows:
Upon delivery please open your package carefully. They will arrive in a branded plastic zip lock sleeve – please take care not to rip or damage this packaging.
When trying on the singlet or leggings for size, please ensure yourself and your surroundings are clean (no chalk, sweat or pet hairs).
If the item is not the correct size and you wish to exchange/return them we will be able to arrange this for you as long as they are unused, clean and undamaged. They will be checked on return. To arrange this please contact email@example.com
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please take a photo of the issue immediately and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We can only accept knee sleeve and belt returns or exchanges for products which are in NEW condition. We recommend you try your items on for the first time in clean clothes and with clean hands (no chalk etc) in case a size exchange or return is needed.
Products must also be in the original plastic packaging in which they arrived, with the barcode on.
If the products are not in sellable condition and in the original packaging we cannot accept the return.
If you would like to exchange your sleeves or belt for a different size, please contact us. We will be able to provide you with a returns label, and provided your preferred size is in stock we can arrange an exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us.
We will happily refund or replace any faulty items and find a resolution for you.
We cannot exchange t-shirts or jumpers for different sizes, as they are printed on demand, so we do not hold stock of these items. Please read the size charts provided carefully before ordering.
If you would like to exchange a belt for a different size, please contact us. We will be able to provide you with a returns label, and provided your preferred size is in stock we can arrange an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is faulty and we ask you to return the item, we will cover these costs.
The cheapest trackable service is always recommended, incase the item gets delayed or lost.
