Points of Performance
We use rubber in the fabric of these wrist wraps which helps provide more support due to the elastic nature of the material. Though the material is slightly thinner than our heavy duty wraps, the rubber provides an extra tight fit with a lower profile.
On the inside face we added two lines of high friction material which reduces the wraps from loosening once tightened ensuring full support throughout use.
As you pull the wraps around your wrist you build tension which, when fastened, helps support your wrist throughout all weightlifting movements.
We use a 60% rubber 40% polyester blend to create the perfect support/warmth combination. The velcro is triple stitched for extra longevity, the thumb loop is zigzag stitched for extra durability and we used an industrial-grade thread for the stitching.
These wrist wraps were designed by weightlifters and weightlifting coaches, and are made specifically for the snatch and jerk. You will also notice a difference in the strength of your push press and strict press due to the conservation of force through the wrist joint.
